  : The location is excellent, the stuff is very helpful
  : The rooms are sooo small and not very comfortable (no windows, nothing!). There is a constant light in the corridor and the curtains do not protect against it. The sound isolation is also poor. And the price is relatively high - for this price one can easily rent a room in Tel Aviv, not this weird capsule.

  : I loved the concept of WOM Allenby, but it still has a little way to go in terms of teething problems. This futuristic pod hotel allows you to check in via an app, as well as adjust your lighting and access your room, which is a really cool experience. The staff are warm and welcoming and aesthetically it’s beautiful, from the mid-century furniture to the multicoloured strip lights outside. Some things just need a bit of work!Pros: location - WOM Allenby is just a stones throw away from the beach, supermarkets and other amenities. The staff are incredibly accommodating - we went on a sunrise tour to the Dead Sea on our last night and they were kind enough to offer a late checkout in order for us to leave our baggage and shower before our flight - we couldn’t have asked for more (shout out to the member of staff on shift on Friday with the black ponytail and gold hoop earrings, whose name we didn’t catch for organising this. Wonderful service, thank you!) The rooms themselves are very clean and the each floor shares hot, powerful showers with nice hair products, towels and robes (no shower gel/shampoo mixes here!)
  : Cons: It can be very loud due to guests struggling with the app (which seems to have technical issues quite a lot) and forcing doors throughout the night. However, the hotel do provide ear plugs and eye masks which helped a lot. The main issue for us was the heat. We had to move rooms due to the sweltering conditions, as they simply would not turn the air con on due to it being Winter in TLV. This I can understand, but when it’s 25 degrees outside, we were left feeling rather dizzy as the room temperatures soared. Guests should either have the option to put AC on or be provided with a small fan. It may be Winter but it is still hot. We would have loved our stay at WOM Allenby but to be honest this ruined it for us as there were days where we just wanted to get out of the room as quickly as possible.Some things that would help future guests: the option to manually have access to rooms as well as via the app (we were locked out every day we stayed due to connection issues) a couple of hooks to hang wet towels in the room after showering, and instead of the additional mirror below the bunk, perhaps space could be maximised by creating an area for suitcase storage. For this reason, the hotel is probably more suited to those coming to TLV for the weekend with less baggage as opposed to a longer trip.Overall a good stay despite the heat - we would come back again and are interested to see if any feedback is taken on board. Thank you!

  : The place was clean, staff very friendly, good shower, and great location. However the room was a bit small..couldn't open my luggage inside, other wise everything was perfect!
