  : As you inter you greeted by a terrible smell. The stairs are filthy. The flat had cockroaches in it, there was old smoke and dope ends left. The boiler exploded and the host refused to change flats. I have photos to prove the above. On top of this we did not get the keys to our second flat until 3 days later and the host refused to refund us. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and you would be strongly advised to give this accommodation a wide birth.

  : The Apartment was dirty and smelly. The Television didnt work.and we didnt Know For sure If the Sheets where Clean. We left the place after one night even that we intended to stay for two and also paid for two. It simply was too unpleasened to stay any longer.We contacted the Host twice about this issue but nobody tried to solve with us the issueVery sad.

  : They mailed me to change my room free with a big bed, but it was the roof floor. And the price was double then it write in the side. So I felt like deceived.

  : General:-Noisy-Small-Junk room (...not what we expected from the pictures)Be careful and read all information/references before you book this (accommodation?)We saw it as a tourist trap!After your booking confirmation ...you will receive an emails with instructions how to enter your room because you won't see/meet the host.ATTENTION:They will charge you an additional hidden so called Service fee of 170 ILS (more than the price for the one night we expect to pay for) which should include cleaning costs, transaction fees and additional one-time office costs ...very funny ...as I expect other accommodations have to do the same without hiding this extra cost!So think/check carefully before you confirm your booking ...especially when you are not able to cancel for free any more like in our case.After booking confirmation you have to (scan) provide your visa by email ...otherwise you will get charged one more time for additional tax ... all in all very annoying!Later on we received a several prepared standard emails ...with apologize bla bla bla ...where they tried to blame booking.com for all this inconvenience! ...not annoying enough they always reminded us to send our scanned visa even when I sent it already .... either they are completely stupid ....or just using their standard emails! ...then finally I got asked by email again ...to inform them ...if we would leave the room before 10am so they could clean the room earlier for the next guest.Conclusion:NEVER EVER AGAIN !

  : Excellent location. The host is very helpful. The room is as described and nice. We even had some tea, coffee and crackers at our arrival. Really good value for Tel Aviv.
  : At the beginning booking.com sent us an email with a "pin" We supposed the pin was to access the key. It was not, we don't know until today what it was for. That was a bit confusing. The actual access codes you get in a separate mail from the host a little later. This information should be provided by booking.com, when you klick on their description link it only gives you the number of the host. It should say: "The access codes will be provided in a separate mail by he host" + the host's number. But thankfully our host picked up immediately, she was very kind and helpful and we could solve the issue without complication.
