  : Location is very good, integral to attractions of this part of Tel Aviv.
  : Photos do not make clear that some properties are studio and some are larger -- can lead to confusion when booking. Sofa bed in original reservation was broken and unusable, and had been so for at least a month per earlier reviews. (Management was responsive to minor requests and moved us to a different property within two hours of our arrival after we complained repeatedly about the broken sofa bed.) At both properties, additional issues were unacceptable: empty soap dispensers, unswept floors (we found a package of unopened condoms under a bed), leaking and broken bathroom lavatory faucets that created a slipping hazard, showerhead placement that got water all over the wet room floor, no paper towels or kitchen towels, and nasty small cockroaches that came out at night. Host also wasted an hour of our time asking where the key to the original property was, before sending a staff person to check that it was indeed in the lockbox where we left it. While other aspects were OK, none of the acceptable amenities made up for the overall lack of care and concern given to the properties.

  : The location. It is near the Tel Aviv beach. And the Carmel Market.The free WiFi is one of the few things that work.
  : Everything at this place is more or less broken.The room has the scent of a cold ashtray. People frequently smoked in this non-smoking place. Not only tobacco. The AC is moldy and stinks. And it leaks condensation water.Nothing was clean. There was even a used chewing gum of the predecessor sticking at the toothbrush mug. Even the public showers at the beach are cleaner and have warm water as well.The "sofa bed" is broken, and it is not possible to sleep on it.The walls are not soundproof. One can hear what the neighbors are up to.

  : The tax doesn't show on the website, the apartment has only 1bed and 1 sofa . it is too different what I check on the website. I booked an apartment for 8pps and I paid money 696$ but my friends slept on the floor .

  : The TV/Cables +Netflix did not work!I contact the representative but she never answered... Other facility were fine (but not above it)

  : This apartment is located nicely to the Carmel market.
  : First of all the apartment was not cleaned properly.Secondly it's not like in the photos!Thirdly they have withdrawn to much money from our credit card!!!Secondly after leaving this apartment we had booked another apartment for the following days from the same company. Also this apartment was not as promised on the photos. Instead of 2 rooms there was only 1 tiny room. After complaining that was not acceptable they kicked us on the street where we are now with our 4 year old son while writing this hoping for another apartment... On the street during Christmas and Hamnukah... Also for this apartment they withdrew more then 120 Euro to much from our credit card!!! Not only is the service bad but these people withdraw to much money and just kick us, with a little kid, onto the street. And booking.com itself is providing terrible service to solve this!!!

  : Very nice quality/price ratio. Excellent neighborhood, quiet at night and the market is just a few meters away!There is also a grocery in the same street. Very convenient.
  : The kitchenware was a bit short; a couple of bowls were missing. But apart from that it was an excellent stay!Make sure you see the video, I didn't watch it and I had a hard time finding the door. But a local person saw I was looking for the apartment and helped me to find it :)
