: Good location for walking/cycling along the shore, and for food shops and restaurants in walking distance. City centre walking distance and buses just outside the apartment block. There is a little terrace to take some air. Quite high up so not much noise. The people running the service (entirely remotely, we never met anyone) were very quick to respond even late at night and were friendly & helpful in their messages. We had very late arrival and that was made easy. Some supplies in the kitchen. Everything worked, no problems.
: The local area has some nice shops/restaurants but the street itself is a bit run-down. The first impression of the apartment block on arrival was depressing - the entry yard had a fair amount of rubbish and the entrance, lift, stairs and corridors of the building are very much the worse for wear. They may not have been dirty but a lot of marks on walls etc. (The rubbish outside was mostly cleaned up after a day or so). Inside the apartment there were stains/marks on the (rather ageing) furniture and signs the place has not been cleaned thoroughly for a while - it is a bit sad. We had to evict what looked like a very large cockroach which was wandering the room when we arrived back one evening. The kitchen is not that well equipped (we found only one pan).

: Good apartment, we were 3 friends, enjoyed our stay. Ideal flat for 4 people max. Well equiped kitchen. Hair dryer, iron. Great location, air conditioning/heating works well. Comfortable beds, enough space, and cool balcony.
: It needs to be renovated, cleaned better. The shower is not hygienic, and we had cold water twice during our stay, and the whole apartment felt a bit dirty. Moreover, kitchen stuff was overused (pans). The most disturbing was that there were no sun-blocking curtains, so at 6 am it was extremely bright in the flat, and we couldn't sleep. A bit slow response for our questions. With a small investment, this apartment could get 8+ points.
